i am an ardent & unapologetic supporter of The FAIRtax® Act (HR25/S18). this bill eliminates the IRS & all taxes on income, & creates a national retail sales tax, in addition to providing every head-of-household in the U.S. a monthly “prebate” to offset the federal tax that will be collected on essential items. this makes the FAIRtax® a far more “progressive” tax than the current income tax system. among many other positives, this will be an enormous boon to our economy that will be unprecedented in our Nation’s history. moreover, it’s a plan on which both the politically Left & Right can – & do – agree.
